5 (belated) beautiful Mother's Day cards to make with your kiddos.


Salaams and hello everyone! I hope you are in the best of faith, health and happiness :) Today I have brought to you some ideas about Mother's Day cards you can have fun with, with your little ones. I know, I know, I hear you saying "Shayma?! Really?! You're only two days late (!)" I completely understand, however thought with everyone being in isolation, a little extra crafty bits never hurt anyone did they?

These cards are SO so simple to make, and they only take 10 minutes tops. I have aimed these for children around the 5 year old mark, but of course, you can adjust the design to suit your child's age and creative repertoire!

Bunting Card.

You will need:
Ready cut bunting.
Card.
Stick on pearl embellishments.

Steps.
1. Stick the bunting on in an arc arrangement.
2.Add on the pearl embellishments.
Voila!

Loveheart fingerprints.



You will need:
Paint.
Cute fingers.
A cut-out loveheart.

Steps.
1.Place the heart in the middle of the card.
2. Dip your child's fingers into paint, and print on the outside.
3.Repeat with a second colour if you wish to.

Cupcake Cutie.



You will need:
Buttons.
Card.
Coloured paper.
Straw.

Steps.
1. Cut out he coloured paper in a cake case shape.and stick on the card
2.Cut straw to size and stick on the 'cake case.'
3.Stick the buttons in a cake shaped arrangement.

You are my Sunshine.




You will need:
Googly eyes.
Card.
Coloured paper.
Straw.
Black pen.

Steps.
1. Cut out a yellow circle and stick it in the middle of the card.
2. Snip some pieces of straws and stick them to look like sunrays.
3. Stick the googly eyes onto the sun.
4. Draw a nose and smile.

Garden full of Flowers. 


You will need:
Felt.
Tissue paper.
Buttons.
Green border roll.
Lollipop sticks.

Steps.
1. Stick the lollipop sticks on to make the flower stems.
2. Make little snips in the green border roll and stick over the stem.
3. Cut out petals from tissue paper and stick in a circle shape.
4. Stick the buttons in the middle of the flower.
4. Finish off with cutting out cloud shapes and sticking at the top. You have your sky.
